Responsibilities

Guide residents and families through admissions with compassion and attention to detail.
Build relationships with residents, families, and referral sources to ensure a smooth admissions process.
Complete bedside assessments, review documentation, and clinically accept residents for admission.
Prepare weekly reports and maintain organized records of all admissions activity.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support seamless transitions for new residents.
Travel locally to support referral development and engagement efforts.
Represent the facility in community presentations on long-term care, aging, and health services.
