Qualifications

• Prior admissions experience in healthcare or long-term care is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid processes is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for prospective residents, families, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule admissions and pre-admission assessments.
• Maintain accurate records per regulations; assist with insurance verifications.
• Provide tours and information; collaborate with nursing and admin staff.
• Prepare admission packets and ensure timely transfer of information.
