Job summary

Rise Up For Autism LLC is seeking an RBT/BT to support children with autism through ABA therapies. The role requires compassion, discretion, and strong communication to collaborate with families and the care team.

Provide direct ABA therapy in center or home settings, implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans under BCBA supervision, and collect data to track progress and inform treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain RBT certification.
• Completion of 40 hours of behavioral therapy training is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or group ABA therapy to children.
• Assist in family counseling and caregiver training under BCBA supervision.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team to ensure high quality care.
