SoaringHigh ABA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings.

Under BCBA supervision, you will implement behavior plans, collect progress data, and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills while collaborating with the treatment team and maintaining thorough session notes.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate and patient approach.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in development of individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Use ABA techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.
