Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans, collect data, and help clients build essential skills.

Under BCBA supervision, you’ll contribute to progress reports, participate in treatment goal development, and support communication, social skills, and daily living. No RBT yet?

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate and patient approach when working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT Certification Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.
