Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism in home, school, or community settings. You’ll help clients build skills, achieve goals, and make meaningful progress under BCBA supervision.

The role emphasizes implementing behavior plans, data collection, and collaboration with the treatment team to report progress and adjust goals as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• HIPAA regulations knowledge.
• Compassionate and patient approach.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.
