Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism in home, school, or community settings. You'll help clients build skills and progress toward goals under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, data collection, and collaboration with the treatment team, using ABA techniques, while maintaining session notes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassion and patient approach when working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.
