A Bright Future, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services under BCBA supervision. The role covers homes, schools, and community settings, with data-driven progress and family collaboration.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, patient, and professional, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• One-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Data collection and daily documentation of progress.
• Support for communication and daily living skills development.
• Collaboration with families, teachers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct ABA therapy sessions with participants.
• Assist in data collection and treatment plan updates.
• Develops communication and social skills in participants.
• Supports behavior reduction and safety strategies.
• Engages families and caregivers in training and feedback.
