Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in Artesia, CA. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBA and supporting clients' goals in home, school, or community settings.

Candidates should have a high school diploma; RBT certification is preferred. Travel to client locations may be required; strong data collection and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher degrees are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and record data accurately.
• Must be physically capable of assisting in therapy with young children.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or community settings as directed.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team members in supervision and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines; engage in ongoing training.
