Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities in a hands-on ABA setting. You will implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support progress toward individualized goals.

Responsibilities include direct client support across settings, HIPAA-compliant documentation, and collaboration with families and professionals to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, particularly ABA.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and records management.
• Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards.
• A background in special education or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
