Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based interventions, monitor progress, and collect data under BCBA supervision.

The role emphasizes patient care, collaboration with families and educators, and ongoing professional development. Employment is in person with pay ranging from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques and methods.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and records management.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals.
• Assist in patient assessments and intake to gather information.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation compliant with HIPAA.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals for holistic care.
• Participate in training to enhance skills in behavioral health and special education.
• Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.
