Job summary

Pops ABA in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Behavioral Interventionists to implement ABA strategies under BCBA supervision in homes and schools. You’ll support clients in developing life skills, communication, and socialization while following customized behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA, using ABA techniques.
• Provide direct one-on-one support in settings that best meet client needs.
• Collect and document data on client behaviors and skill development.
• Help clients develop skills in socialization, communication, and self-care.
• Foster a motivating, positive learning environment for skill practice and progress.
• Work alongside BCBAs and interdisciplinary team members to adjust strategies as needed.
