Job summary

Best ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, clinic, and/or community under the supervision of BCBA staff. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help children with Autism make real progress in a supportive setting.

Qualifications include being 18+, having a high school diploma or GED, completing the 40-hour RBT training within 2 weeks of hire, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course (online, self-paced) within 2 weeks of hire required
• Interest and ability to work with children with Autism
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance (or consistent alternate transportation) required
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to assume various postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting on the floor, etc.) for extended periods
• Must be able to work with clients in a home setting

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, clinic, and/or community
• Implement treatment plans written by your BCBA
• Collect and graph data to support clinical decisions
• Build meaningful, fun relationships with your clients every day
