Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA and contribute to their growth and development.

As part of a collaborative team, you will learn and apply evidence-based interventions, document progress, and engage with families to support carryover of skills at home and in daily life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in completing the RBT certification; already registered preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or autism spectrum preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions per individualized plans.
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills in a structured environment.
• Foster positive therapeutic relationships to support independence.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to review progress and adjust plans.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
