Responsibilities

Provide direct patient/resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
Obtain and document vital signs as assigned.
Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
Maintain a safe and comfortable patient environment.
Follow infection-control and safety procedures.
Provide compassionate and respectful resident care.
Communicate effectively with the nursing and healthcare team.
