Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient/resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Obtain and document vital signs as assigned.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable patient environment.
• Follow infection-control and safety procedures.
• Provide compassionate and respectful resident care.
• Communicate effectively with the nursing and healthcare team.

Location: Salem, WV

Contract Length: 9 weeks with possible extension

Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts

Hours: 36 hours/week

Pay: $18/hr
