Job summary

Sunray ABA in Shiloh, Georgia is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD and other developmental conditions, delivering evidence-based therapy.

Responsibilities include 1:1 sessions in home, school, or clinic settings, data collection, collaboration with families and clinicians, and ongoing supervision and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• Current RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards outlined by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
