Job summary

Sunray ABA in Ellijay, GA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD or developmental conditions.

You will collect data, collaborate with families and team, participate in training, and travel locally as needed. Competitive pay and ongoing professional development are offered in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
