Job summary

Sunray ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Georgia. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to deliver evidence-based 1:1 therapy to clients with ASD or related developmental conditions in home, school, or clinic settings.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, communicating with families, attending supervision, and adhering to BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Current RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and BIPs as designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and standards.
