Description

Pure's Food Specialties is a leading snack food manufacturer. The opportunity is for a Shuttle Driver with Class A CDL, moving and spotting trailers between locally owned manufacturing sites. No over the road, home daily with modern equipment.

Full-time

Role And Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods and raw materials from manufacturing plants to distribution center
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues
• Spotting trailers at manufacturing and distributions sites
• Maintain a clean CDL driving record with 2 years of driving experience
• Work Monday – Friday, with an average shift of 8-10 hours, and a possible 6-day schedule
• Adhere to traffic laws and DOT regulations
• Willing to submit to background check and drug testing
• Possess a valid Class A CDL
• Work safely and follow safety guidelines
• Understand and follow Food Safety Policies

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Understanding of FDA guidelines and company policies
• Basic math proficiency
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 50LBS repeatedly
