Job summary

Everglades Equipment Group is seeking an Outside Salesperson specializing in compact construction equipment for the Homestead, FL area. The role focuses on building relationships, representing the company professionally, and maintaining knowledge of equipment features.

You will collaborate with other sales staff, monitor competitive activity, and assist with events and field demonstrations to drive customer engagement and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of equipment operational practices preferred.
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Ability to communicate professionally on the phone, in person, and through email.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Outgoing personality and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Attends applicable sales training events, seminars, and meetings.
