Job summary

Aawellness seeks a Program Coordinator – Workforce, Outreach & Development to drive the Uplift Her initiative and TANF-funded workforce programming. You will work with the Director of Uplift Her to expand community partnerships, engage TANF-eligible adults, and ensure successful program delivery.

Responsibilities include outreach, enrollment support, and event logistics, with involvement in grant implementation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in program coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to engage TANF-eligible adults and connect them with workforce services.
• Support participant enrollment, retention, referrals, and follow-up.
• Assist with employment applications, interview prep, and employer referrals.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and community initiatives.
• Assist with grant implementation, reporting, documentation, and admin tasks.
• Maintain participant records and support grant compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
