Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in public or business administration or a related field.
One year of health, human services, or related experience or substitution allowed.
Experience with grant writing, reporting, and compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and participates in activities of a specialized Community & Workforce Development program.
Provides urgent and compassionate services to individuals in need in collaboration with partners.
Helps develop program goals, monitor progress, and ensure objectives are met.
Supports daily activities essential to program objectives and may supervise staff.
Researches and reports on program activities and grant opportunities.
May coordinate grant applications, solicitations, and review proposals.
