Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration or related field with one year of health/human services experience.
• Substitution of education/experience allowed; preferred two years supervising staff and two years data reporting.
• Experience with CAA programs funding streams (LIHEAP, CSBG, TANF) and grant management desired.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required or strongly preferred.

• Provides urgent, compassionate services and partners with other departments.
• Develops program goals and ensures they are met; manages daily activities to achieve objectives.
• Researches, analyzes, and reports on program activities; may supervise staff.
