In this role, you will engage internal and external stakeholders, present program plans, monitor progress, and ensure services meet quality standards while upholding MetroHealth's mission and values in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field.
• Experience in workforce development and employment services.
• Strong project management, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven success driving workforce development strategies.
• Experience collaborating with community organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse populations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the organization's workforce development program.
• Plan and implement strategies to align and develop diverse talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and MetroHealth Access Center.
• Enhance external awareness by participating in community events.
• Uphold the system's mission, values, and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness.
