Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• At least 12 credit hours of coursework or six months of related professional experience.
• Minimum 2.75 GPA or evidence of progressively responsible roles.
• Experience delivering information, training, or education to groups or individuals.
• Leadership experience in supervisory or informal roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of research-based educational programming.
• Manage the Chautauqua County 4-H program with volunteers and staff.
• Share responsibility for community vitality programming and leadership development.
• Recruit and manage volunteers to extend program reach and impact.
• Develop and implement strategies to serve diverse community audiences.
• Pursue internal and external funding for educational programming.
