Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 12 credit hours of coursework or six months of related experience.
• GPA 2.75+ or evidence of progressive roles.
• Experience delivering information to groups or individuals.
• Leadership experience in supervisory or informal roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of education programs in agriculture and natural resources.
• Manage the Chautauqua County 4-H program and collaborate with volunteers and staff.
• Support community vitality programming through leadership and civic engagement.
• Recruit and manage volunteers; collaborate with partners to meet community needs.
• Pursue internal and external funding and work with district teams on programming.
