Job summary
Inland Empire Health Plans (IEHP) is seeking a Community Wellness Specialist to serve as the front-facing ambassador and ensure a positive first contact for all visitors at our Riverside, CA center. The role supports daily center operations, data management, and program implementation while driving policy workflows and quality goals.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service in a managed care setting or equivalent.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as IEHP's front-facing ambassador and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support daily center operations and program implementation.
- Handle policy and procedure workflows and track key metrics.
- Engage participants through presentations and one-on-one interactions.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to support mobile clinics and events.
