Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) welcomes a Community Wellness Specialist to serve as the front facing ambassador and ensure a positive first point of contact for visitors. You will support center operations, data entry, program delivery, and referral workflows to promote proactive, member-centered care.

The role involves presenting information, assisting with scheduling, and coordinating community events while upholding IEHP’s quality goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in customer service/managed care environments.
• Experience in outreach and community engagement is a plus.
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming front desk support as the center’s concierge.
• Register participants and explain required documents.
• Route members to appropriate services via referral pathways.
• Maintain clean, inviting spaces and promote programs and resources.
• Lead data collection and generate productivity and QA reports.
• Support training materials and curriculum development.
• Coordinate and implement participant rewards program.
