Job summary

IEHP invites you to join as a Community Wellness Specialist, a front-facing ambassador delivering exceptional customer service and helping visitors start their care journey.

You will support daily center operations, manage databases, assist with program delivery and policy workflows, and engage with participants through presentations and one-on-one interactions to advance proactive, member-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service within managed care or related settings.
• Experience in community engagement and outreach is a plus.
• Must have a valid CA driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-facing ambassador and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support daily center operations, data entry, and program delivery.
• Track metrics and partner with internal and external teams to meet regs.
• Engage participants through presentations and one-on-one interactions.
