Job summary

IEHP is seeking a Community Wellness Center Supervisor to lead and oversee daily Center operations, quality standards, and program delivery. You will supervise staff, coordinate wellness programming, and collaborate with community partners to advance organizational goals.

The role emphasizes LEAN-driven performance, driving improvements, and maintaining high member experience standards across Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field or related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience with supervision/lead capacity and community outreach.
• Experience with Medi-Cal/managed care environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day services and operations of the Community Wellness Center.
• Supervise CWC program staff to ensure alignment with goals and quality benchmarks.
• Lead curriculum planning, wellness programming, and facility utilization.
• Liaise with internal/external clients and community partners as a center ambassador.
• Apply LEAN principles to drive team development and continuous improvement.
