OATS Transit in Missouri is seeking drivers to serve seniors, individuals with disabilities, and the rural public. You will operate mini-vans, Ford Transits, or wide-body buses, ensuring safety and courtesy in every ride.

The role requires a CDL or Class E license, DOT physical, drug screening, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits include holidays, PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.

Competenze

• Must be a minimum of 23 years of age.
• CDL/E license required with no more than 4 points.
• Must pass U.S. DOT physical and road test.
• Must pass drug screening and random testing.
• Bondable and reliable.
• Proactive, flexible with schedules and routes.
• Neat, organized and independent work style.
• Active job with physical demands (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Mansioni

• Assist riders on and off the bus with respect and courtesy.
• Safely secure wheelchairs and mobility devices.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report repairs.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document issues.
• Use in-vehicle tablet for trip info and times.
• Complete required paperwork and attend training.
• Comply with all rules and regulations.
