WORK Inc. is seeking a compassionate Community Training Specialist to support four individuals with Autism who are moving into a new home near Weymouth. You will promote social inclusion, provide mentorship, and help plan personalized services to enhance daily living and independence.
Applicants should have at least one year of experience in human services or relevant internships, and a valid Massachusetts driver’s license. Training and ongoing supervision are provided.
