Responsibilities

• Develop creative ways to introduce Phoenix opportunities to potential caregivers and clinicians.
• Create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through outreach and partnerships.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand current and upcoming needs.
• Generate candidate leads and guide them through the hiring process.
