Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is required.
• Two years of experience working directly with children and families.
• Computer skills are required for documentation and coordination.
• Must have a valid Mississippi driver license and be willing to use a personal vehicle for agency business.

Responsibilities

• Assist children and families to access community supports (education, medical, social, vocational, recreational).
• Assess strengths and service needs of children and families; develop measurable, individualized interventions.
• Provide transportation for families when needed and coordinates services in home, school and community.
• Maintain a comprehensive community resources manual and document services per guidelines.
• Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and collaboration with therapists and clinic staff.
