Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
  • 2+ years experience working directly with children and families.
  • Competence implementing evidence-based services.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
  • Valid Mississippi driver license and auto liability insurance; willing to use personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain CPR and first aid certifications.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of LINK program dynamics and policies.
  • Use NCFAS and canopy assessments to develop family plans.
  • Create and maintain a resource atlas with local supports.
  • Provide transportation for families as needed.
  • Deliver home and community-based services.
  • Coordinate social services focused on child and family strengths.
  • Document all activities within 48 hours.
  • Supervise Family advocates.
  • Uphold trauma-informed care and fidelity to the LINK model.
