Job summary

Options Residential, Inc seeks a Community Support Worker to assist individuals one-on-one in an apartment setting on a part-time basis. You’ll help clients progress toward independence with support from a collaborative team.

Minimum DSP/ARMHS/ILS experience preferred; must be 18+, have a valid US driver's license, and be comfortable with personal cares and basic computer tasks. Minnesota background check applies.

Qualifications

• Experience doing Direct Support Professional Work, ILS, or ARMHS work (1 year experience preferred)
• 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients
• Valid US driver's license
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with individuals in an apartment setting to support their journey to independence

Community Support Worker

As a Community Support Worker, you will work one on one with individuals in an apartment setting to support them through their journey to independence! If you've got experience as a Direct Support Professional, ARMHS or ILS worker we want to talk to you.

Part time day shifts available:

Saturday / Sunday 8am-4:30 pm or 11am7pm.

In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team.

Starting Salary:

$18.50 hourly

Benefits:

Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.
