Ahlhealthcaregroup is hiring Direct Support Professionals (Part-Time) in Spring Lake Park, MN to assist adults with disabilities in a supportive home setting. Responsibilities include daily living tasks, medication administration, and social activities.

The role requires reliability, a valid MN driver’s license, ability to pass a MN DHS background check, and weekend availability. Compensation is $18.00/hour with benefits and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• Must pass MN DHS Background Study.
• Available to work every other weekend.

• Cooking and cleaning.
• Medication administration & documentation.
• Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.).
• Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.).

About our Adult Foster Care division - At Home Living

We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least-restrictive environment. We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well-cared-for. All of our homes have 4 bedrooms each. Most of our clients can live independently, but need some help with certain tasks. A couple of our programs have additional cares involved so there is a higher starting wage in those programs. Location: Spring Lake Park, MN

Compensation: $18.00/hour

Schedule:

This is typically a part-time position with a rotating schedule, including every other weekend. Full-time opportunities may occasionally become available. We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules. Examples include:

• AM Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM


• PM Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Typical Job Duties:

Cooking and cleaning
