Job summary

Options Residential Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Community Support Worker to provide one-on-one assistance in an apartment setting, helping individuals along their path to independence.

We offer part-time day shifts Tue, Thu, Fri 9am-5:30pm (includes a 30-minute unpaid meal break). Starting salary is $18.50 hourly, with benefits eligibility for varying schedules and a background check process including E-Verify.

Qualifications

• Experience doing Direct Support Professional Work, ILS, or ARMHS work (1 year experience preferred)
• 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients
• Valid US driver's license
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one supports in residents' apartments to help clients progress toward independence
• Assist clients toward independence per individualized care plans and goals
• Document progress, incidents, and communicate with the supervising team

Community Support Worker

In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team.

Starting Salary: $18.50 hourly

Benefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.
