Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field.
• Four-year combination of education and two years of related work experience acceptable.
• Experience delivering services to individuals with mental health or substance use disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and/or adults including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention.
• Collaborate with clients and families to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with other service providers and community resources.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepare for and facilitate PSR group sessions as applicable to treatment goals.
