Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate daily activity schedules including community outings, events, and in-house programming (arts, crafts, music, sensory activities).
• Promote community awareness and inclusion through respectful behavior.
• Ensure health and safety of individuals during program hours, transportation, and activities.
• Provide personal care and support as needed.
• Assist individuals with personal finances, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Complete and submit incident reports per policy.
• Utilize crisis prevention strategies and use restrictive procedures only as a last resort.
• Participate in interdisciplinary planning and carry out goals from individual service plans.
• Attend staff meetings and required annual training.
• Travel to other program locations as needed
