Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking Direct Service Providers to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and the community. You will help with daily living activities, support employment goals, and promote social engagement.

Role includes documentation, potential transportation, and supervised training. Pay ranges up to $18/hr with flexible PT/FT schedules and a tailored benefits package for qualifying positions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Willingness to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, employment support, and social engagement.
• Provide care in clients' homes and may assist with transportation.
• Document daily activities and reporting.
