Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide community-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques such as Motivational Interviewing and Positive Reinforcement.
  • Coordinate care with other providers and community organizations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Qualifications:

Education, certification, or experience options include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field.
  • Bachelor's in an unrelated field plus two years of relevant experience.
  • Combination of higher education and related work experience.
  • Associate's of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support.
  • Four years of qualifying experience.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicles.
  • Must be at least 23 years old to operate a 15-passenger van.
  • Reliable transportation for client transport.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with high performance standards.
Physical Requirements:
  • Sedentary work involving exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
  • Repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and writing.
