Job summary

TeamBuilders is a community-based behavioral health organization in New Mexico seeking a Community Support Specialist to join a multidisciplinary team.

You will provide CCSS, RSP, and PSR services to adults and families, connect clients with services, promote life skills, and support recovery goals within the community.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, other professionals, and community resources, with a focus on wellness, independence, and client empowerment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field plus 1 year of experience with SED/SMI/COD.
• Associate degree plus 2 years of experience with target population.
• High School Diploma plus 3 years of experience or CPSW certification.
• Criminal Records Clearance required.
• Maintain First Aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Uphold TeamBuilders' philosophy, policies & procedures.
• Collaborate with clients, families and stakeholders.
• Document service activities promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate services and team meetings; ensure timely reports.
• Provide CCSS, RSP and PSR in home/community settings.
• Engage in supervision, training, and billing/documentation tasks.
