Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Various combinations of education and two years related work experience acceptable.
• Applied science degree in behavioral health support eligible, four years of experience also acceptable.
• Experience delivering mental health or substance use services preferred.
• Must meet licensing and driving requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based mental health services supporting client growth and recovery.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clients and families.
• Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, and community partners.
• Facilitate PSR and ITCD group sessions aligned with treatment goals.
• Maintain timely documentation and participate in ongoing training.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other human services specialized field

Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field with two years of related work experience

Any four-year combination of higher education and two years of related work experience

Associate’s of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support

Four years of relevant qualifying experience in delivering services to individuals with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities
