Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS +4 years or AS/AA +2 years with lived experience considered.
• 2+ years working with identified populations and specifically as a CPSRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients in identifying and advocating their own recovery goals.
• Collaborates with clients to create individualized treatment plans.
• Provides case management and connects clients to resources.
