Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent.
• CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in psychosocial rehabilitation preferred.
• Licensure or LASI eligibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide services to promote rehabilitation, recovery, and resiliency.
• Identify strengths and barriers to support independent functioning in the community.
• Assist in crisis situations and provide personalized interventions.
• Collaborate with medical providers and community resources to meet treatment goals.
• Develop and monitor service plans, including recovery and crisis management.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers w/in 30 days

Certified Psychosocial Rehabilitation Practitioner

Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor or LASI eligible
