Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will lead a team of caregivers, implement Individual Service Plans, and provide direct support including daily activities, medication administration, and personal care.

The role also involves supervising staff, coordinating hiring and training, scheduling, and promoting community involvement through transportation or outings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of related work experience is required.
• Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of ISP (Individual Service Plans).
• Supervise a team of Caregivers and provide direct support with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care.
• Handle staff hiring, training, and scheduling; manage administrative tasks.
• Assist with transportation and accompany individuals on outings to promote community involvement.
