Job summary

REM Community Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a team delivering services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes ISP implementation, staff oversight, and direct support including daily activities, medication administration, and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of ISP and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.
