Conexess Group seeks a Community Strategy Enablement Manager to drive scalable engagement programs across Customer Success, Sales, and other teams. This role provides the operational structure, analytical insights, and enablement resources needed for consistent execution of community strategies.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, process improvement, and strategic enablement. The manager will establish scalable workflows, track metrics, and translate performance data

Competenze

• Experience building and scaling enablement programs across multiple teams.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and improvements.
• Proven track record in SOPs, playbooks, and workflow creation.

Mansioni

• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation to drive engagement plans.
• Develop tools and best practices to ensure consistent execution of strategies.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
• Lead escalation reviews and maintain documented action items across teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Ops to align initiatives with goals.
